Responsibilities

1. Leading and managing implementation of production strategy

2. Developing and leading production plans and implementation to meet customer requirements

3. Ensuring product compliance with quality standards and specifications

4. Preparing and managing the production budget, waste control, and optimize consumables cost

5. Managing production reporting systems and information for end users

6. Leading in productivity improvement and benchmarking to deliver best quality at lower cost

7. Manage productivity through monitoring the availability and utilization of production machines, raw materials and manpower

8. Managing implementation and maintenance of quality and environmental requirements in the department
