Synchro are proud to be partnering with a well known Property Consultancy who are actively seeking to hire a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Reigate.

Responsibilities:
• Support Surveying team on residential and commercial building projects, including insurance work.
• Conduct inspections, advise on design and construction, prepare reports and specifications.
• Oversee works, ensure compliance with legislation, and promote company services.

Skills & Experience Required:
• MRICS accreditation required.
• Extensive experience in consulting engineering, surveying, architectural, and planning practices.
• Preferably experienced in defect diagnosis, report writing, contract administration, and insurance repair projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines and budgets on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in relevant legislation (e.g., CDM Regs 2015, Party Wall, Building Regulation).
