Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Hotel Galfi in Ibiza. The Receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls, managing reservations, payments handling, greeting guests, and providing excellent customer service.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
