Your role in the team

As an IT technician at Erne Fittings GmbH, you are a service provider for our employees in the support, maintenance and expansion of the existing IT infrastructure. You are responsible for supporting and training users. Another focus of the training is the creation of customer-oriented concepts and requirement profiles for IT applications, as well as the installation, configuration and testing of hardware and software. The correct use of programs and programming methods when searching for and correcting errors and fault messages is your specialty. You also set up and maintain individual and network workstations.
