Responsibilities· Manage branch operations efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.· Drive outdoor sales initiatives to achieve sales targets for the branch.· Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Gypsum Boards, Cement Boards, Ceiling Tiles, Dry Wall Partition Systems, and other building materials.· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.· Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.· Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.· Create new customer data base: Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company, Extend after sales service/support existing customers.· Supervise all retail sales activities.· Authenticate all the credit sales by the guidelines of Head Office and collecting postdated cheque in advance.· Coordination between branches for delivery and sales support.
