Responsibilities
• Reporting to Human Resource Manager
• Responsible for identifying manpower needs and manpower analysis.
• Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing Job Descriptions, analyzing Job Requisitions, and finalizing candidates prior to the placement of job.
• Initiate manpower sourcing and recruitment activities.
• Monitoring manpower situation, especially shortage and redundancy
• Attending to recruitment agencies, labor office, etc for open interview, job carnival, job fair, etc.
• Prepare letter of appointment for employees, conduct employees' orientation.
• Coordinate with Head of Department for employees' placing.
• Coordinate with employees and Head of Department for retaining employees programs.
• Ensuring hiring is within laws and regulations, including compliance of Collective Agreement and RBA practices.
• Other duties and assignment by Superior from time to time.
