Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Quito. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of customer service. The role also includes hiring and training new employees, coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food and beverage service, and handling customer complaints and concerns.
