Role Overview:

Reporting to the VP People & Capability the HR Manager will oversee the direction and management of the day -to -day operations of the People function and develop best practice approaches in implementation with the support of a People Generalist and People Administrator.

You will be responsible for delivering HR solutions that effectively address business issues and needs.

Role Deliverables:
• Feed into and support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Consults with management on the implementation and effectiveness of global and regional HR initiatives and programs.
• Engineer frameworks to manage compliance on HR-related company guidelines and policies, as well as compliance with all regional, country, local and company regulations.
