- Support in the management of all HR-related processes in line with the corporate HR strategy and the overall business strategy
- Manage the hiring process from job posting through selection to contract preparation
- Be a first point of contact for employees and management for recruitment search
- Prepare documents such as employment contracts, certificates, references, etc.
- Support in the organization of personnel development measures, including performance appraisals and training coordination
- Monitor and manage time tracking and absences
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Work daily in our HR Tool, updating and maintaining records and exporting data for analysis and reporting
- Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies
