We are looking for Shift manager for our PLANT /COUNTRY/ BUSINESS.

Your mission in Crown

Our future Shift Manager will join the manufacturing team to support the Production and Project Manager. Following a period of training, you will be responsible for a team of shift employees, you will ensure the achievement of plans and targets which result in an efficient and cost effective operation. Responsibilities include the day to day management of the shift employees, with a specific focus on production, as well as leading and developing them in accordance with the local HR policies and corporate procedures. A safety first approach is essential and previous experience of operating with a continuous improvement approach to the resolution of challenges would be advantageous.
