Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Lagos. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of properties and ensuring that properties are fully occupied. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve occupancy rates and maintain the quality of properties. The Property Manager will also manage budgets, negotiate lease agreements, and supervise staff.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Property Management or Real Estate
• Experience in managing budgets and negotiating lease agreements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
