International Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the onboarding process for expatriate teachers joining Apollo English. This role involves ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, from contract signing to their first day at work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Apollo system or possess the ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes. Additionally, they must have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a solid grasp of legal and visa issues related to expatriate employment. This role requires good organizational and communication skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of the international recruitment process to create a great employee experience at Apollo.
