Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer at Phoenix Law Pty. Ltd. located in Nowra, NSW. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation, drafting legal documents, researching and analyzing legal issues, negotiating, and advocating for clients.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Australian Law and legal principles
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Negotiation and advocacy skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in legal document drafting
• Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
• Experience in litigation, commercial law, corporate law, or real estate law is a plus
• Valid Australian law degree and full accreditation with the Law Society of New South Wales More Detail
