In order to sustain our continuous expansion drive, we are currently looking for a colleague to join our UCITS & Manco-Only Team that is part of our Fund Administration Oversight Team within Operations.

Fund Administration

Your areas of responsibility:
• Oversight controls and NAV sign-off
• Oversight controls of the valuation for all kind of instruments
• Reconciliation of outstanding units against transfer and registration data
• Reconciliation of assets with custodian banks or other external parties
• Oversight controls of securities' settlements
• Oversight controls of fees and charges
• Invoicing process
• Liquidation, transfer and set up of funds
• Project support

Your skills and experience:
• Bank training or comparable training or studies with financial focus
• Good knowledge of the investment fund industry in particular fund accounting
• 3 years' professional experience in a comparable position
• Proactivity, team spirit, flexibility and stress resilience
