Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer at Backpaqq Advertising located in Kampala. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. They will develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, campaigns, marketing collateral, branding concepts, and corporate reports.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma equivalent in graphic design or a related field
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong creativity and conceptual skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
