Responsibilities
• Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Adapt process plant model structures based on specific plant data. Analyze, validate and clean past operation data, validate operation limits, and update affected regression calculations
• Model Validation and Testing: Run the models against past operations data, ensuring compliance with upper and lower limits, production ramping speeds, and other parameters. Test optimization models against historical data and the plant model and optimise it.
