Reporting to: Production Manager

Job Description
• To plan, organize, lead and control all production activities by coordinating with Factory Focus (FF) core team and Line Leader to achieve the departments objective of maximizing productivity at minimum cost
• Manage the Manpower and Daily Production meeting to review performance data and allocation of daily jobs to each individual direct reports
• Giving clear instruction to the daily production requirement
• Optimize the machine loading
• Daily monitor the quality of the product, review the data and trends and put in action plan for the top most issues
• Daily monitor the machine down time, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Overall Plant Effectiveness (OPE) and review the data and trends and put in action plan for the top most issues with Technician and support team
