Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Rights Specialist to join our legal department at our Ludhiana location in Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
• Experience in pre and post grant life cycle management of IP (Patents, Trademark, copyright & Designs)
• Skilled in Trademark & Patent availability search and due diligence (India & Global).
• Experience in Trademark filing and prosecution.
• Experience in IP portfolio management and commercialisation of IP, IP licensing & Assignments.
