Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and employee relations. They will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering an inclusive and positive work culture.
