Designation - Area Head Sales

Locations - Ludhiana, Punjab

Region - Ludhiana, Patiala, Fatehgarh Sahib, Sangrur and Malerkotla

Key Responsibilities –

- Team Management & Manpower Development

- Business Analytical Skill

- To achieve monthly/Annual Sales targets

- Optimization of resources based on HAS (Hub Area and Segment) Mapping

- Define Marketing Strategy & effective marketing Plan as per the plan.

- Market Coverage & conversion

- Value Selling (Retention/Margin per vehicle)

- Payment Clearance from Customer and Financer.

- Planning & Budgeting

- Selling of Value added Services (VAS) like Insurance and AMC etc.

- Optimization of Coverage and Conversion ratio

- Identify potential competition customer and conversion.

- Repeat/Referral Sales (Maintaining and improving relationships with the client & generation more business from key accounts)

- Daily Sales inquiries in Dynamic CRM Follow-up with team.
