I am working with a huge retail business known across Europe, who are looking to add expertise to support their HR Digitalisation project. Having already implemented several SuccessFactors modules, they are now implementing a new master data and workflow system (SuccessFactors Employee Central) to over 250k+ employees and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the multiyear transformation project and shape the future of their HRIT landscape.

Responsibilities
• Direct and oversee completion of the multiyear HR Transformation project.
• Lead the project team of 15-20 specialists including several resources from the external implementation partner.
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan.
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Prior experience successfully leading large project teams.
• Basic understanding of SAP and SuccessFactors.
