Our client is currently looking for an accounts receivable admin for their Lloydminster location. This position is for someone who is energetic and self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits
• Target start date May 16, 2024
• 24 hr/week PT contract – flexible schedule
• Possibility of going FT and permanent
• $23 - $25/hr pending education and experience

Core Responsibilities
• Accountable for all aspects of the accounts receivable processes
• Completing invoice calculations, billing statements, payment processing, preparing financial reports
• Performing day to day financial transactions
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records and perform account reconciliations on customers' transactions.

Qualifications
• Able to work in Canada
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• 2+ years working knowledge of accounting principles, AR processes
• QuickBooks experience
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy
