Primary Role & Objective:
• Assist and advocate for the implementation of HSE initiatives.
• Offer guidance and training on HSE matters.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure follow-up on preventive actions.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement safety initiatives such as permit-to-work systems, safety observations, and overseeing lifting operations as the Single Point of Contact, fostering a safety-conscious culture at shorebase operations.
• Provide HSE guidance and training to shorebase workforce.
• Carry out risk assessments and follow-up actions like toolbox meetings and reviewing task risk assessments for activities in Sattahip yard and/or Jetty.
• Conduct or assist in HSE inspections and audits, including safety equipment checks and inventory management.
