Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Relations Supervisor at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort in Chiang Mai. The Guest Relations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day guest interactions, ensuring excellent communication and customer service, managing reservations, and coordinating with the front office team.
Qualifications
• Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling reservations and front office operations
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Fluency in English and Thai languages
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field More Detail
