Experience: Minimum five years of experience is mandatory as a Spa Director/ Spa Manager/Head practitioner or Wellness Manager in luxury hospitality/Spa/Wellness setting.

Qualifications: A university, bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited school of hospitality/business management/Naturopathy/Homeopathy with a basic understanding of nutrition, herbal medicine, and/or functional medicine. Certificates from all courses attended for continued professional development and knowledge update should have been attained and be available for review.
