Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of School a school located in Ejisu-Kumasi. The Head of School will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the school, including curriculum appreciation and training, educational leadership, communication, and research. The Head of School will be responsible for creating a positive and productive learning environment for students and staff.

Qualifications
• Experience in curriculum development, educational leadership, and education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research skills
• Ability to create and maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Experience with innovative teaching methods and technologies
• Master's degree in Education, or related field.
• Experience in a leadership role is a plus
