We are on the hunt for experienced Leading Hands to start immediately on a long term project based in the Blue Mountains.

Assisting the Project Manager you would be a hands on leading Hand with experience in civil construction.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate schedule work activities assigning tasks to team members, sub contractors.
• A clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to the Site Manager.
• Ability to give direction and advise.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3+ years civil leading hand experience.
• Must have RMS road & earthworks experience.
• Must have pavement & drainage experience.
• Slope stabilisation experience a must.
