Purpose of the position

The country manager is based in and responsible for the overall management of the African country that he has been assigned to, including commercial teams, security, ground ops teams, finance and HR. Decisions are taken in close coordination with HQ, in order to reach defined revenue, service and quality targets, respecting budget at all times.
