uMhlangaMinimum skills, knowledge, experience required:
• Grade 12
• Sage300 experience essential
• Experience with payroll of 2000-2500 headcount
• Benefits experience
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong reconciliation
• Good understanding of relevant legislation
• MS Office (Intermediate)

Summary of position / duties:
• Full Payroll function for one of our companies in the Group
• Payroll compliance of the Sage system:
• Communicate Payroll templates to regions/Company
• Ensure salaries are captured and in line with the employee contracts, incentives, leave, sick leave, unpaid leave.
• New Employee and Terminations for PERM payroll communicated with Payroll Manager
• Variance reports collated for signing
• Exception report recon for out of payroll payments done monthly
• Monthly audit trail
