Build progressive partnership with the stakeholders in the bank at Cluster and Branch level.

Ensure Business Plans are discussed agreed with Cluster Head on monthly basis ensuring key actions are

executed and reviewed.

Drive sales for the cluster as per assigned target, identify potential customers and new business opportunities.

Conduct regular performance reviews give constructive feedback to ensure outcome is achieved

Daily updates in alignment with Clusters of focused business parameters-Business Plan, Branch Seller Activation

and persistency and thereby tracking the performance in all the parameters.

Anticipate training needs for the Banks seller, create learning opportunities to upskill spread awareness of our

line of products.

Drive a culture of recognition to accelerate revenue generation in the channel.
