Introduction:

The main responsibility of the Employment Officer is to oversee and ensure the effective implementation of integrated case management practices for a designated caseload comprising of high-needs and/or vulnerable job seekers. This position is available on a Full-time or Part-time basis, with family-friendly working hours and the option for job sharing. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided in a positive and supportive work environment.

Description:

The key elements of the role include:
• Developing mutually beneficial relationships with a broad spectrum of complementary service providers.
• Thinking and planning strategically to develop meaningful, results-driven case management practices (inclusive of dual case management).
• Maintaining a caseload of job seekers with complex needs, in accordance with contractual requirements.
