Westville· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
· Manage large amounts of incoming calls
· Log service calls received
· Ensure timeous handling of all customer queries
· Identify correct fault diagnosis
· Accurately load all information on the BPO system
· Data capturing
· Processing quotations
· Coordinate technicians
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
· Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
· Open and close all calls received
· Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
