Job Description

I am looking for a Deputy Manager to join a fantastic team at a well established supported living service in Torquay. This is a great opportunity to join a service where you can work closely with the Manager and develop your career and the team to deliver the best support possible to the people we support to help them maintain their independence.

In ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies as well as to line manage the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards. You will also support the Home Manager in managing shift patterns and rotas. There is also an element of care hours within this job role and some weekend and on-call working.

The service supports individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or neuro-degenerative conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease, or Multiple Sclerosis
