A position exists for a Regional Manager stationed at the Eswatini FSS Branch reporting to the General Manager and Regional Executive. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient day to day running of operations and management of the region.

Experience, Requirements And Qualifications
• Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with own reliable transport is required and essential.
• At least 10 years’ experience in the Security Industry.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the Operational Security Management at a very Senior/Executive level.
• Staff management experience is required.
• Experience in sales and marketing would be an advantage.
• Experience in budget development and management required.
• Computer literacy with expert knowledge of the complete Microsoft package.
• No criminal record or any pending cases.
• Sound planning, administration, interpersonal communication and client liaison skills are required.
