As Executive Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Head of Finance IGT Systems for the BU IGT and the Head of Finance Enterprise Excellence & Productivity & Head of Finance Integrated Supply Chain (located in Amsterdam) with all administrative, organizational, and operational matters.

We are looking for a highly resourceful team player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Display engaging interpersonal skills including the ability to think and act strategically, provide sound judgment with a positive and energetic attitude. Provide systematic and dependable follow-up, as well as a high level of organizational skills and preparedness.
