Job SummaryThe Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for managing several restaurant outlets at the property. He/she/they will organize and set up the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed, maximize productivity and consistency. He/she/they should ensure that all dishes are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes and will assist the Executive Chef and team in ensuring that all culinary standards comply with Company and hotel policies and procedures.
