We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a prestigious 5-star hotel group in Sri Lanka.

Job Overview

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in the culinary team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of your designated kitchen station. Under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you will oversee food production, maintain quality standards, and contribute to the overall success of our kitchen.

Qualifications:
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognised culinary institute.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and ingredients, with a passion for experimenting with flavours and textures.
