Position Overview

As Head of Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of services to our clients, who are global tech and data teams looking for adaptable and reliable early-career hires. You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to achieving operational excellence, exceeding client expectations, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth and timely delivery of client services, including a) recruitment, assessment, and matching of talent to client requirements, b) development and execution of training bootcamps to equip talent with the technical and professional skills for success, and c) performance management and continued L&D once talent are placed with clients to ensure we meet and exceed expectations.
