Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Smart Study in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Hands-on experience with HR software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
