To develop, maintain and grow RMI’s business and market share in Guyana. Work closely with the Global VP BD to plan, develop and execute a strategy for profitably growth of the business in-country and managing relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, suppliers and local partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and pursue business growth opportunities, including expanding the customer base, forging partnerships and exploring new business channels.
• Conducting market analysis to understand the local market dynamics, competition, customer preferences and trends.
• Develop the country strategy, aligning with overall Company goals.
• Building and managing a high-performing local team including recruitment, training and performance evaluation.
