We are seeking an experienced and talented Design Director to lead our clients dynamic architectural design team. This is an office-based role in Truro Cornwall with some work-from-home flexibility. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the design function composed of architects, architectural technologists, and technicians
• Collaborate closely with in-house town planners and landscape architects
• Run projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Provide creative direction and design expertise on high-end residential, new build, and conversion projects

Requirements:
• At least 10 years UK Based experience of post-Part 3 experience in the architectural field
• ARB accreditation and membership
• Proven track record in designing bespoke, high-end residential projects (new builds and conversions)
