We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable colleagues with Health and / or Social Care experience who can contribute to the care of our patients with kindness, compassion and empathy. The ward at Melton Community Hospital is led by nurses and you will work under their guidance as part of a very caring team. You will be supported to complete the Care Certificate if you do not already hold this and we actively encourage on-going development. The post will provide cover on a rota basis over a 24 hour per day, 7 day a week service.

The ward provides sub-acute care, palliative care and complex rehabilitation and is one of thirteen wards which form the Trusts Inpatient Community Health Services Division.
