Our client are an very well established and successful Architectural Steel / Steel Fabrication / Steel Frame Subcontractor based in Grays, Essex.

Due to continued growth they're looking for a suitably experienced Project Manager OR Contracts Manager to oversea several projects around Essex and Greater London.

Requirements
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven experience in project management for Steel Frame projects.
• Good knowledge of health, safety and construction regulations.
• Excellent communication.
• Good IT skills
• Approachable manner and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities
• Manage project from start to finish, ensuring its completed efficiently.
• Ensure compliance and regulations are upheld.
• Manage Schedules, Programmes, RFI's, etc.
• Risk assessment.
• Manage all project documentation.
