HSE Design Engineer

Dragados Offshore is looking for a HSE Engineer for its Offshore HVDC Converter Substations projects.

The position begins in a very early stage of the projects starting during the design phase of the project for Loss Prevention, Safety by Design and Human Behaviour. Our offices are located in Madrid, Seville and Cadiz.

Candidates should ensure clearly enough expertise in the following activities (oil&gas, naval, offshore renewables)

Loss Prevention

Identification of Hazards, Definition of Protection Goals, Perform and Coordinate Hazard identification workshops (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL) and Preliminary Hazard Analysis to identify external events tha may impair plant safety.

Perform quantitative Risk Assesment (QRA) to asses any possible risk to personnel deriving from accidents.

Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment

Dropped Object Risk Assessment to assess the risk of load handling impacting critical areas of the plaform.
