• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication between project teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Assist in the procurement process by soliciting bids, reviewing proposals, and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Support the project closeout process by organizing documentation, conducting final inspections, and addressing any outstanding issues.
