Neighbourly Pharmacy (7169320 Manitoba Ltd) is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our Tim Hortons team in Ashern, Manitoba.

Job Description:

The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising, directing and coordinating the activities of Food Service Staff who prepare, portion and serve food.

Responsibilities:

Establish work schedules and procedures.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Requisition of food and kitchen supplies.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Prepare budget and cost estimates.
Prepare and submit reports.
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.

Supervision:

5 to 10 people.
Food Service Staff/Food Service Counter Attendant.

Qualifications & Skills:
