At DOTS DOLCE as the Floor Staff, you will play an integral role in keeping our store running smoothly and efficiently. You are responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and quality of our products. This position will allow you to lead your team and contribute to our success.

Main tasks:
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure product quality
• Stock management
• Maintain clean and sanitary work environment
• Money handling
• Help execute marketing promotions

Qualification:
• Experience in food industry
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
