Buyer who is responsible of some categories at country level with a spend of 40 M€
• Manage the day-to-day activities necessary to purchase non raw material (services, materials..) that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.
• Enter orders into the SAP system for managerial approval and release
• Set up the analysis of supplier bids, tenders, proposals or quotations with terms that are in the organization’s best interest
• Communicate with vendors to solve problems with the timeliness or quality of supplies
• Identify, research, and evaluate new possible suppliers that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality, timing and reliability of supply
• Set up the Assessment of supplier’s products/services to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the organization’s quality standards and drive the supplier performance
