Job Description

For our Fugro Netherlands Marine Department in Nootdorp we are looking for an Onshore Support Surveyor. In this role you are a core member of the Geophysical Survey Team that supports Fugro’s work on Europe’s largest offshore windfarm projects. You act as as a point of communication and support for the Offshore surveyors, primarily those on our vessels the Fugro Pioneer and Fugro Frontier.

Your role
• Become an expert in Fugro’s surveying software, hardware and processes;
• You support offshore surveyors with technical queries;
• You work on new system integrations;
• You provide input in the development of new survey techniques;
• You write supporting documents for offshore use;
• You will assist in the preparation of equipment to be used on the vessels.

Your track record
• You have a BSc. degree or qualifications in Hydrography, Geophysics or Geodesy;
• You have experience with either land- and/or offshore surveying, preferably focused in geophysical projects;
