As a Retail Rental Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assist customers in renting various products or equipment from our rental fleet at Annapolis Home Hardware Building Centre. You will have to engage with customers and understand their project needs, explain usage of rental items and the terms and conditions of the rental contracts. You will have to use a computer to process rental transactions and reservations. The role will also be responsible for cleanup & maintenance and functionality of rental items (all equipment to be tested prior to going out and upon return). The rental associate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.
